Send documents for signature. Everyone reads it first.
Choose a PDF, place the fields, and send each person their own link. Before they sign, Decoder shows them what the document says, with the line it got that from. The finished copy comes back to the app, with a record of who signed and when.
Prepare it in a minute
Pick a PDF or scan the pages with the camera. Add the people who need to sign, then place signature, initials, date, name, text and checkbox fields where they belong. Each person gets their own colour, up to six, so it is clear whose field is whose.
A request stays open for 30 days after you send it. You can set a deadline for signers, and the links keep working until the request expires.
Send a link to each person
Every recipient gets a private link. Share it by message or email, whichever they read. In the app you see who has opened their link and who has signed, and you can void the request if you change your mind.
They read it before they sign it
When you send, Decoder reads the document once. Each person who opens their link sees the read above the signature field: the deal in one line, what they agree to, what the other side can do, how it ends, and anything that would surprise them. Every point quotes the sentence it came from.
The read is the same for everyone, sender included. It is not optional and it does not change what anyone signs.
They sign in the browser. So can you.
Recipients open the link on a phone or a computer, agree to sign electronically, then draw or type their signature once. It fills every signature field that is theirs. Initials, text and checkboxes they fill as they go.

Everyone gets the finished copy
When the last person signs, the completed PDF goes to everyone, with a record of when each person first opened it, signed or declined, and the time it happened. The document stays in the app for 90 days after completion, then it is removed.
What SignMe does not do
It does not judge the document or advise anyone on it. It describes what the document says, quotes the line, and places the signatures the parties themselves provide. What to do with that is up to each person.
Questions
Does the person signing see the read?
Yes. It is on the signing page, above the signature field, and each point quotes the line it came from. If the PDF is a scan with no readable text, there is no read and signing works the same.
Does the person signing need Decoder?
No. They open a link in any browser. Nothing to install, no account.
Can I sign something myself?
Yes. Add yourself as a recipient and sign your fields in the app, or open your link like anyone else.
What is in the record?
The document, the recipients, and every event with its time: sent, viewed, consent, signed, declined, voided, completed, expired.
How long is a signed document kept?
Ninety days after it is completed. Download the finished copy to keep it longer.
Is a SignMe signature recognised where I am?
The record keeps who signed, their consent, the time of each step and a fingerprint of the file. How electronic signatures are treated in each country is set out on the compliance page.
Is there a limit?
A document can run to 60 pages, and there is a daily cap on how many requests you can send.
